The Level Up with WTW insight programme will equip you with the skills and insight needed for future success. It will enable you to build your confidence as you enter the world of work and discover WTW – a great place to thrive and develop.

What you can expect:

Over two energising days, you will:

• Develop practical insight into some of the most important skills of the future
• Gain a platform to enhance your professional network
• Be exposed to what inclusion looks like in a world-leading organisation
• Explore exciting career opportunities across the lines of business at WTW that hire graduate talent

• We accept applications from all students studying all degree disciplines
• If you’re interested in a career as an actuary, you’ll either need to be studying a numerate degree or have an A or B in A Level Maths or equivalent
• You do need to be on track to achieve a 2:1 in your degree

The application process:

• You’ll fill in our short application form, which will be reviewed by our recruiters
• You’ll then complete a short online video interview powered by HireVue.
• If your application is successful, you will receive further instructions on joining the programme
• You’ll receive on-going support from the Early Careers Team after completing the two-day virtual programme
