NSE runs three internships each year, the interns support the NSE team at different points during each season. They have the opportunity to gain paid professional experience in the esports industry, exposure to other areas of the business, develop various skills and network within the community.
We'd like to wish a warm welcome to Victoria "vic" Reile is our new Social & Community Intern. Having just finished her final year studying Media and Creative Industries at the University of Warwick, Victoria was President of Warwick Esports, where she led and organised a variety of events and tournaments. She is passionate about making esports more inclusive and exciting for students across the UK. NSE was a huge part of her university journey, where she actively competed in tournaments and secured the title of Valorant Women & Non-Binary LAN winner two years in a row.
Vic's day-to-day responsibilities include; various admin projects, assisting in managing the NSE community, gathering relevant community feedback, drafting social media posts and promoting community engagement. Not to mention helping the NSE team pack all the freshers' merch boxes before everyone's freshers' fairs!

We’re a small close-knit team with a variety of backgrounds and experiences that helps us deliver the best experience for the students, partners, publishers, and all stakeholders. We are also supportive of each other, helping each member of the team succeed in their role, as well as their ranked games.
